This PR introduces micro-UX and accessibility improvements to the Ether LLC website.

💡 What:

  • Added aria-current="page" to the active navigation link in the site header.
  • Added descriptive aria-label to external GitHub repository links that open in a new window.

🎯 Why:

  • aria-current="page" helps screen reader users identify which page they are currently on within the navigation menu.
  • Links that open in a new window can be disorienting for some users; the aria-label provides a verbal cue that this will happen.

Accessibility:

  • Improved navigation context for assistive technologies.
  • Improved predictability for external link behavior.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2012845095521038110 started by @masuda-so

- Added `aria-current="page"` to active navigation links in `base.html`.
- Added `aria-label` to external links in `software.html` to notify screen reader users when a link opens in a new window.
