   stays 2.30.1 (from #5834)

Dedicated Core CLI bump off current main (#5834 already placed evlog at 2.30.1). @evlog/cli@0.9.0 is latest stable (dist-tag: latest). It does not require a paired evlog bump: peer is evlog >= 2.29.0, and 2.30.1 already satisfies it. No next / @next/third-parties changes. pnpm overrides (js-yaml, esbuild) unchanged.

Runtime evlog middleware and HTTP logging are unchanged. evlog map / doctor / new logs command are local/CI helpers. Do not add a CI map gate until the CLI credits Hono app.use(evlog()).
