🚀 First public release for "Xhot It"

Xhot it (read as "shot it") is just another screenshot app in your desktop: an experimental application. powered by Tauri v2.

This first release will rolling out the core features such as capture specific area in your screen, capture active window, capturing the whole screen and adding background drop to the image that was taken before.
