This is a small follow-up from #20 which reverts
recoveringWithto its previous signature and instead addsrecoveringWithStatusthat has the new signature where theRetryStatusis given to theaction. TherecoveringWithfunction is now defined in terms ofrecoveringWithStatusto avoid duplication.
