Switch to .yamllint.yml configuration and remove individual rule overrides for line-length. Some 'truthy' rules are suppressed still but will be dealt with on a role by role basis.
Suggested by ansible-lint run; yamllint rules added so that valid ansible is not flagged by yamllint, and to allow yamllint to be used effectively by ansible-lint.
Modified and/or renamed roles as needed to pass ansible-lint. NOTE: These are untested, may break main. Delete obsolete ansible folder; these should all be in the roles now.
