Minor fixes

• Font system scales nicely on large screens (and modern browser)
• Strange looking gradient in the upper left corner on IOS was fixed.

Responsive!

mod_autoindex is now really responsive. The breadcrumb will adapt nicely, and you can tab the active title on the top to navigate back in a nice way

Dates also show up in a OSX fashion thanks to moment.js

Fixed header and better filters

The header section is now fixed and the filters are more eye-candy
