This PR uses the new CONFIG_FILES value for multiple mkdocs.yml files
If exists, this will build all config files:

The first one with clean
The second to n-1 as dirty
The last one gh-deploy (also dirty)

This is a usage sample


          Allow multiple cofig files for languages
