This is the first version of this package with the name withargs and the first to be published through Github. Version 0.0.1 was called with, and had a Google Code page. The CTAN maintainers rightly commented that the name was too general, so I renamed it to 'withargs', which is also more descriptive.

This version also has a more flexible version of the main \withargs (formerly \with) command. The LaTeX3 argument specification is now optional, delimited by parentheses and filled out with n specifiers behind the scenes.
