A datetime parameter expression doesn't have double quotes around the value:
#datetime(2022, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0) meta [IsParameterQuery=true, Type="DateTime", IsParameterQueryRequired=true]Handle non text parameters in Set-SemanticModelParameters function by only keeping the double quotes when they are already there.
