Thanks Ye. This is a substantial and useful refresh of Challenges 4 and 5. In parallel, feature-adaptive-apps now contains the tested Hackathons Console automation, dynamic confidential SKU/region selection, LocalBox integration, and the new Challenge 7.

Could we retarget this PR to feature-adaptive-apps rather than merging it directly into main? Seven files overlap, and Challenge 5 currently creates and deletes its own AKS cluster, while the Console-provided cluster is shared between Challenges 5 and 7. We also need to align the hard-coded v5 and regional assumptions with the Console selection matrix.

I suggest integrating and testing the combined experience on feature-adaptive-apps, followed by one consolidated PR to main.
