This pull request updates the LocalBox VHD files used in the build cluster setup script to a newer version. The change ensures that the cluster uses the latest available VHD and its corresponding checksum file.
VHD version update:
New-LocalBoxCluster.ps1to downloadAzLocal2509.vhdxand its.sha256checksum instead of the previousAzLocal2507.vhdxfiles.
