Sample code for v4 integration, relies on updates from Azure Resources, will post corresponding PR(s) within the next day or two.
Edit: This PR may be out of sync with the current version of Azure Resources, this is just to illustrate how to incorporate the new v4 API. I will update this accordingly in the near future.
