Document remote Dev Container agent sessions

Agents Window sessions can run in Dev Containers on supported SSH and Tunnel hosts. The workflow uses the existing workspace picker and chat.agentHost.devContainer.enabled setting. The source host must advertise the Dev Container capability, and unsupported or nested sources do not offer the option.

Why the docs need an update

docs/agents/run/agents-window.md documents Dev Container sessions only for eligible local folders. docs/agents/run/remote-agent-sessions.md does not explain how to select a Dev Container on an SSH or Tunnel host.

Suggested documentation

• docs/agents/run/remote-agent-sessions.md: Add the remote Dev Container workflow, prerequisites, and availability constraints.
• docs/agents/run/agents-window.md: Update the existing Dev Container section to include supported remote source hosts.

Acceptance criteria

• Users can follow the documented picker flow for SSH and Tunnel Dev Containers.
• The setting, host-capability requirement, and unsupported nested-source constraint are accurate.
