migratie naar pnpm + libs als pnpm workspace (supply-chain-security)

npm naar pnpm: corepack, pnpm@10.18.0, onlyBuiltDependencies-allowlist (postinstall standaard geblokkeerd)
libs als pnpm workspace: echte package.json per lib met workspace:* interne deps + pnpm-workspace.yaml
CI/bash-scripts, storybook (lit-html naar lit), consumer-e2e en release/verify-release aangepast voor pnpm
