@mischov 1.12 is a bit old and no longer gets security patches, I can make an additional PR to test 1.13 to 1.17, or 1.14 to 1.17 as 1.13 will be dropped soon as well if you want.

Hi there, apologies for the slowness in response- I have extremely low bandwidth right now.

Really I need to figure out the whole compatibility upgrade situation for both Meeseeks and MeeseeksHtml5ever.

I should be maintaining the same compatibility as Rustler, which is "the newest three major OTP versions as well as newest three minor Elixir versions", so I think I'm a couple versions back right now.
