Reword every mention of MoTeC (the brand, Dash Manager, C125, CAN Inspector) in source comments, README, DESIGN.md, FIRMWARE-NOTES.md, help pages, and .gitignore to neutral phrasing, keeping each sentence's technical meaning intact.
