ci: remove the runner's stray openssl@1.1 link before brew installs (Android macOS) - #1186

The macos-15 runner image links openssl@1.1 at /opt/homebrew/bin/openssl. Since python@3.14 3.14.8 was published, `brew install python@3.14` upgrades the image's 3.14.7 along with its openssl@3 dependency, whose link step collides with that symlink. `brew install` then exits 1 and fails the Install dependencies step on every run.

brew unlink openssl@1.1 removed 0 symlinks on the runner: the image creates /opt/homebrew/bin/openssl -> /opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@1.1/bin/openssl as a plain symlink that brew does not track. Remove it directly when it points at openssl@1.1, so the openssl@3 upgrade can link.
