This PR consolidates the work from three closed PRs:

• docs: Fix reST formatting in ARModel methods #458: Fixes reST formatting errors in ARModel methods to ensure documentation builds correctly.
• feat: Add GlobalDummyDatastore for global domain testing #453: Introduces a GlobalDummyDatastore test variant that simulates a global domain by returning an all-zero boundary mask.
• fix: Handle single-device runs in all_gather_cat #452: Adds a guard in ARModel.all_gather_cat to check the dimension of gathered tensors before flattening, preventing errors on single devices.
