Overview
This PR introduces initial documentation improvements for the Neural-LAM project as a step towards building a structured documentation system.
Changes Made
Motivation
Currently, most of the documentation is embedded within docstrings, making it difficult for new contributors and users to navigate the project effectively. This PR is a small step toward addressing Issue #61 (Structured documentation for Neural-LAM).
