Add quick start example

This adds a quick start example to just run the inspector and serve the UI without any extra config. This seems to be missing from the README.md.

Motivation and Context

People probably want to just dive right in with it right away. There is no quick start example, all the other examples are detailed config options for more narrow use cases.
