file is in the wrong location - must be in
testnet/directoryThe CI workflow at
.github/workflows/check.yaml:6-7only validates files intestnet/ormainnet/directories. This file needs to be moved totestnet/0203a26b820dafdb794f1fc7117ba8e897830b184dcb08e45a44262f018deabaf3.json
