Updates 66 packages and resolves CVE-2026-19418 (typo3/cms-core), CVE-2026-15305 (typo3/cms-form) and CVE-2026-69246 (guzzlehttp/guzzle).
The 2026-05-23 lock predates 30 commits on main, downgraded ~30 packages and pinned PHPUnit 13 / symfony 8 requiring PHP >= 8.4, which broke CI on PHP 8.3. Regenerated from the current composer.json instead.
