Updated all occurrences of 'Pisum Langue' to 'Pisum Transcript' across configurations, scripts, and documentation. This includes identifiers, filenames, package metadata, UI labels, and references in build and install scripts. Ensured compatibility with Homebrew, Chocolatey, and platform-specific settings.
