Introduced workflows for linting, formatting, and Rust check to the CI pipeline, including ESLint, Prettier, and Svelte validation steps. Integrated new dev dependencies for linting and formatting tasks, along with key code style improvements.
Remove the unused `docs/IMPL-ci-code-quality.md` file as its content is obsolete and no longer aligns with the current project setup or workflows. This cleanup reduces confusion and ensures the documentation reflects only up-to-date practices.
whisper-rs was only listed as a macOS/Windows dependency in Cargo.toml, but the code uses it unconditionally. This caused Clippy to fail on Ubuntu CI.
