Enable ldo11 regulator what is supplying sd.

Tested devices:

  • Redmi 7A (pine)
  • Redmi GO (tiare)

I think it should be tested on sdm429w with pm660, before I can consider it ready.

@barni2000 I test in on Xiaomi Redmi 7A (xiaomi-pine, sdm439). It work!
