Similarly to the script in Isaac Lab, this PR adds a list_envs.py utility to list all available tasks in MJLab. The script displays the task ID, entry point, env cfg, and rl cfg. Tasks are filtered using the Mjlab- prefix, which has been added to all task IDs for consistency.
