This change bring an improvement for braille and navigator windows

  1. The "braille" window now has a "..." menu similar to other windows of the same type. It will be dockable above them so that it is always visible to visually impaired people, but can be moved and closed more easily.
  2. The "navigator" window is now dockable with other windows like "Timeline" or "Mixer" and now has a "..." menu...

The second commit removes french comments

I'm a bit of a scatterbrain at the moment because I have to revise for my baccalaureate, I forgot to change the comments...
