Fix Node host string conversion in ws-edn

Summary

• Fix Node Buffer and Date host method calls: generated JS now uses toString() and toISOString() instead of non-existent kebab-case properties.
• Add Node 24 runtime regression tests for both adapters and run them in CI after server JS generation.
• Reserve module version 0.0.32. Fixes Node host adapters call kebab-case methods instead of toString/toISOString #43.

Verification

• Strict default and server checks; quality baseline and syntax-fix preview
• Four Calcit unit tests and two new Node host tests
• Client/server JS generation, client-generation smoke and Vite build
• README snippets, immutable Yarn install and toolchain verification

This unblocks the text-message path in Cumulo Reel's draft Node server migration. No generated JS or build output is committed.
