Download link does not work on the website. This should fix it.

Hi Thank you for taking the time to make a PR. I've reviewed the PR, and the change you've made to the format of the Windows download link isn't a naming format we've ever used. The reason the Windows download for 1.3.2 wasn't working was because we were waiting for a renewal of our signing certificate from Microsoft. |
