Required after namada-net/namada#4790.
Fixes a bug for which the target of the frontend sustainability fee doesn't get its balance updated (found by @mateuszjasiuk). To do so this PR changes the logic to look at all the sources and targets included in
Trasferdata, removes the occurrences of the IBC internal address and replaces those with the actual IBC addresses.
