Based on develop branch. Apply v100.20.0.2 changes:
- sys_net_native.cpp: remove 5 nullptr entries from method_lookup, update checksum to 0xFD3B5E5F, version to { 100, 20, 0, 2 }
- sys_net_native.h: add NetworkHelperStatus enum, add NetworkHelper__O struct, update field offsets for IPAddress and NetworkChange

Updates the native assembly declaration for
nanoFramework.System.Netfrom v100.20.0.1 to v100.20.0.2, with checksum0x48CC063D→0xFD3B5E5F. Based on thedevelopbranch. Stubs sourced from Azure DevOps build #62368.Core declaration
sys_net_native.cpp— removed 5nullptrentries frommethod_lookup[]; updated checksum and versionsys_net_native.h— added new types/declarations while preservingMOVED TOcommented enums and local helpers:NetworkHelperStatusNetworkHelper__O(withFIELD_STATIC__WorkingThread = 8)IPAddress(Any: 8→9, etc.) andNetworkChange(NetworkAddressChanged: 14→15, etc.)
