This PR targets the 0.22-dev branch

Removes CodeSandbox and serves the examples app from the docs site.

• The examples app (still Next.js) is built as a static export. The docs build copies it to /react-native-web/examples/.
• The doc pages embed the hosted examples. Each embed has a "View source" link to the example file at the release tag.
• Adds .nojekyll to the docs output. Without it, GitHub Pages (legacy Jekyll build) drops the _next folder.
• Deletes .codesandbox/ci.json and sandbox.config.json, and removes the CodeSandbox links from the README, the setup docs and the bug report template.

The live site changes only at the next release, because the docs deploy from the release script.
