You have to edit `conf/neo4j-server.properties` (for enterprise) to set `dbms.browser.remote_content_hostname_whitelist=*` and restart.
You have to edit for pre Neo4j 3.0.x `conf/neo4j-server.properties` (for enterprise) to set
`dbms.browser.remote_content_hostname_whitelist=*` and for Neo4j 3.0.x forward `conf/neo4j.conf` to set
`browser.remote_content_hostname_whitelist=*`
and then restart.
You can also add the specific `localhost:8001` address.

For `neo4j-community` you have to use `sudo` and run the http script on port 80.
