95% of this PR is updating all dependencies, making additional changes required by those updates (e.g. Prisma configuration files for the relevant tests), and then changes those updates themselves cause (e.g. lots of
"->', which unfortunately makes a lot of noise in the diffs).The remaining 5% is simply exporting
parsefrompg-connection-stringas a top-level functionparseConnectionString. This is going to be needed to help facilitate Vercel OIDC in the near future.
