Use Manticore http client and reuse it across calls.

1. Created Manticore http client during register
2. Reuse this client to make calls to NR logs API.
3. Changed zipping method as we were having some issues with UnMarshalling payload in NR.
4. Updated unit tests as mock requests were not getting captured.
5. Updated integration tests to validate sending logs to NewRelic.
6. Updated merge workflow to support publishing from Develop.
