- rework halo logic to use Eigen Maps - add support for CGVector - keep support for DGVector/ModelArrays WIP: Still needs tidying up ... but it works!
TODO - Still need to fix periodic corner neighbours - Need to modify rest of the tests to run with corner neighbours
