Ensure sphinx, sphinx-autobuild, and recommonmark are installed. We use the recommonmark module for parsing Markdown files.
pip install sphinx sphinx-autobuild recommonmark
Run sphinx-autobuild to view the docs locally.
cd docs
sphinx-autobuild . _build/html
