Added readme, requirements.txt, .env, images / screenshots for readme in a folder called assets

  1. readme: includes instructions to setup and run, link to video and screenshots of what to expect, packages used
  2. requirements: added requirements and how to in readme
  3. .env: moved the api key to env, created template and added instructions on how to use it
