Replace mri_vol2surf with CAT_Vol2Surf

What would you like to see added in fMRIPrep?

We should be relying on anatomical derivatives instead of FS directories as much as possible. @ChristianGaser has CAT_Vol2Surf which can work with GIFTI files, which would be one major step.

bbregister is the other main offender here.

There exists also a python version of bbregister from the Fastsurfer group (bbreg) that should be compatible to Freesurfer:

bbreg can be called with explicit surface files:
bbreg --mov <moving.nii.gz> --lh_surf <lh.white> --rh_surf <rh.white>
--ref <T1.mgz> --out <output.lta> [options]
