Summary

Prep for bug-fix release 1.4.2, for immediate release.

This release is needed to have a published release compatible with traits 6.0, released today.

This release includes backports of:

• Update .zenodo.json #3165
• [FIX] FSL model.py make multiple F-tests #3166
• DOC: Updated .zenodo.json file #3167
• FIX: Reliably parse SGE job IDs in the presence of warnings #3168

As well as the documentation and mailmap portions of #3169.

@mgxd Do not merge this. My plan is to just push this directly to maint/1.4.x and tag it, in hopes of reducing the number of times we hit the CI. Hopefully if the commit is the same, it will only run the tag.
