Adds a option to open the launcher when the user starts typing when the niri overview is open, this adds functionality present in the GNOME environment and other quickshell configs like DMS.

Pretty new to quickshell, a lot of the code is vibecoded. Docs need to be updated too.

that makes sense, but i don’t think this is currently possible using the plugin system. if it is, it would be helpful if someone could provide some hints so that i can refactor it
