Land the safe dependency bumps and generated leaderboard names - #13

GitHub Actions now run on checkout and setup-node v7, ws is past the advisory range, and autoprefixer is on 10.6.1. Namor stays external so generated leaderboard names survive the production build. Dependabot will skip React 19, Deepgram 5, and eslint-config-next 16 while the app stays on Next 14.
