Current Behavior
When generating changelogs in a workspace configured with multiple release groups, Nx uses the incorrect release group configuration while resolving changelog information. This can result in changelog generation failing or using the wrong changelog settings for a project.
Expected Behavior
Nx should resolve and use the release group that owns the project being processed so that changelog generation works correctly in workspaces with multiple release groups.
