"assign is_wt_entry_end_wrap = (wt_entry_end_inc >= {1'b0, weight_bank, {LOG2_CBUF_BANK_DEPTH{1'b0}}})", so there should be additional width for wt_entry_end_inc_wrap calculation. Not a bug.
