In order to eliminate slivers created during build_a1_ne10m_admin_0_scale_rank: 1.) Aligned ne_10m_admin_0_boundary_lines_disputed_areas.shp to ne_10m_admin_0_seams.shp along Bir Tawil/Halaib Triangle. (Egypt/Suda) 2.) Also aligned ne_10m_admin_0_boundary_lines_disputed_areas.shp to ne_10m_coastline.shp along Sir Creek boundary. (Pakistan/India)
