This makes it so that the latest version of a given config is always loaded. Old links in documentation, wiki, etc. will no longer lead users to outdated versions of a config.

This makes it so that the latest version of a given config is always selected on page load (the user can still select an old version manually if desired).
This fixes the problem where old links in docs, wiki, etc. can lead users to downloading outdated versions of a config.
