Release SDK 4.0 C2D V2

Changes proposed in this PR:
Needed for testing C2D V2

• fixes some small issues types related and missing fields
• separate commands for FREE startFreeCompute and PAID startComputecompute jobs... they have separate flows and FREE compute jobs do not require initializeCompute logic
• Added new command "getComputeEnvironments" (useful because we need the environment ID to start a compute job)
• updated to release V4 of the SDK
• updated some Typescript/Mocha config files (needed with SDK V4)
• add missing configurations on CI (missing .env vars)
• fix system tests (using old node branch, node running without DB, old barge branch, etc...)
• updated docs
