Bumps [nanoid](https://github.com/ai/nanoid) to 5.0.9 and updates ancestor dependencies [nanoid](https://github.com/ai/nanoid), [aegir](https://github.com/ipfs/aegir) and [mocha](https://github.com/mochajs/mocha).
