Only emit those function to their respective tasks
Now PATH is the only required env needed before sourcing this script Add set and export of CROSS_COMPILE
Ensure that changes to configure task or rdepends on that triggers new do_unpack. Solves build error when building qt 2. time after changes to do_configure. Also remove PARALLEL_MAKE restriction, not use in OE and no bugs seen here in qt 5.3.
An example: a package myqtmodule_1.1 inherits the qt5module class and the class depends is set to "qtbase-dev_1.1", a version that do not exist. Remove the PV, if needed some other solution must be used.

On dependency change configure/compile is rerun, but with this setup do not support rerunning qmake && make. Add manual make clean step in configure prefuncs to solve this.
Saves some 4 MB on the qtbase package
websockets and xmlpatterns.

Tested on imx6 with eglfs and i386 SDK. No dependencies on xorg. Linuxfb platform plugin is also enabled.
