Adjust - Color and tone adjustments (in-place operations)

• Adjust.brightness() - Linear brightness adjustment
• Adjust.contrast() - Contrast relative to middle gray
• Adjust.saturation() - Color intensity control
• Adjust.gamma() - Non-linear brightness (gamma correction)

Transform - Geometric transformations

• Transform.flip() - Horizontal, vertical, or both axes
• Transform.rotate() - Any angle rotation with expand/clip modes
  • Optimized fast paths for 90°, 180°, 270°
  • Bilinear interpolation for arbitrary angles
• Transform.crop() - Extract rectangular regions

Enhanced Blend Module

• Blend.overlay() - Combines multiply and screen for contrast
• Blend.soft_light() - Gentle lighting effect
• Blend.hard_light() - Strong lighting effect
